Shannon Dyson
Shannon was born and raised in Memphis, TN and went to the University of Tennessee. (During the good football years #PeytonManning)
He is married to Jill and they have 3 boys. He enjoys play golf, traveling, watching UT Football and Tiger Basketball. He understands that the combination of cheering for UT Football and Tiger basketball is offensive to some people, and he is Ok with that.
He is an active member at Hope Presbyterian church where he serves as an Elder.
Shannon has been with Shoemaker for 11 years and currently heads up the Shoemaker Insurance Solutions division of Shoemaker Financial. He spent most of his career in the Group Employee Benefits side of the business but now enjoys leading a team of producers in Group Benefits, Commercial P&C, and Home and Auto Insurance.

Emily Breen
Emily joined Shoemaker in 2013 as an Employee Benefits Account Manager with Shoemaker Benefits. In 2018, she was an integral part of the transition into the new, expanded division of Shoemaker Insurance Solutions. She is a licensed Life and Health agent, working closely with clients to implement new business and coordinating renewals for existing clients. Additionally, she problem solves for clients and serves as a liaison between customers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators to ensure the benefits programs for our clients run smoothly.
Born and raised in Memphis, Emily graduated from the University of Memphis with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication. Both she and her husband, Justin, are proud alumni of the University of Memphis and supporters of Tiger Athletics. Emily and Justin live in Collierville with their 2 boys, Logan and Luke, and their 2 dogs. They are avid travelers and enjoy home renovation projects and weekends at Greers Ferry Lake in Arkansas. They are also active members of Church of the Holy Communion, an Episcopal parish in the heart of Memphis.

Dane Williams
Dane is Tennessee native who has lived in Shelby County for his entire life. Currently he calls Germantown home with two daughters Georgia Kate and Scottie. As a proud University of Memphis alum, you can often find him rooting for the Tigers at the Liberty Bowl or the FedExForum.
He served as a financial advisor at Shoemaker Financial during his first 5 years with the firm and spent the last 2 years training the firm's new advisors. His advising practice had a focus on helping individuals make sound financial decisions to set themselves and their families up to live the life they desired.
In 2018, Dane shifted into another role within Shoemaker by helping launch new initiatives within Shoemaker Insurance Solutions. As an Insurance Advisor, he helps clients secure home, auto, and liability insurance by looking at it through the lens of financial planning. The goal is to utilize Shoemaker's 40 years of experience in financial planning and translate that into a more comprehensive look into home and auto insurance. Dane aims to help individuals and their families by protecting their financial futures through careful planning so they are prepared in the event that disaster strikes their household.

Claire Greene
Claire is a Memphis native and doesn’t plan on leaving the 901 anytime soon. She is a proud University of Memphis alum—go Tigers go! She enjoys spending as much time as possible with her family and friends—especially her sweet baby niece. Claire enjoys watching and discussing movies and secretly used to dream of being a film critic. She has a rescue pup named Conley, and they enjoy time spent playing at the dog park. (Fun fact: Conley was named after former Memphis Grizzlies player Mike Conley) Claire serves as a Group Benefits Specialist at Shoemaker Insurance Solutions. In this role, she works with businesses to develop an employee benefits strategy to meet the insurance needs of the organization; and then works with them throughout the year to help manage their policy(ies). Claire also works with Medicare clientele, helping individuals navigate and select the proper plans. Claire loves being a part of the Shoemaker team because it gives clients an opportunity to have all their insurance and financial needs managed under one roof.
